Boo. One reason to not stop running for two weeks and eat yourself into a coma every day is that everything is broken afterwards. Knee complained at 3 ish miles. After stretch, worked fine for a little bit then complained again. Walked home. Just think it's weakened muscles/tissue rather than something actually bad. Too many cookies.
